• "Company": LADY YACHTING DI PAOLA SCARPELLINO
• "Customer": The individual who places an order on the Company's website.
• "Products": Clothing items of in-house production and custom-made garments offered for sale by the Company.
• "Site": The official website of the Company through which the Products are sold.
• "Order": The request to purchase the Products made by the Customer through the Site.

4. Product Information

The Company is committed to providing accurate descriptions of the Products available on the Site. However, images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes; slight differences may occur compared to the actual product, especially for custom-made items.

5. Order Procedure

• Product Selection: The Customer selects the desired Products and adds them to the cart.
• Registration: You can place an order by registering on the Site or proceeding as a guest. In both cases, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• Order Confirmation: Before confirming the Order, the Customer views a summary with details on the Products, prices, and shipping costs.
• Acceptance of the Conditions: The Customer must accept these Conditions to proceed with the Order.
• Payment: The Order is considered completed upon receipt of payment by the Company.

6. Prices and Payments

• Prices: The prices of the Products are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Any additional costs, such as shipping, are indicated separately during the ordering process.
• Payment Methods: The Company accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. The Customer is required to choose the preferred payment method at the time of the Order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the Product and destination. For custom items, production times are indicated on the Product sheet.
• Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package and are indicated during the ordering process.
• Traceability: At the time of shipment, the Customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the status of the delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• Standard Products: The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without the need to provide reasons.
• Custom Products: For custom-made items, the right of withdrawal does not apply, except for defects or non-conformities of the Product.
• Return Procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact the Company at the address within the 14 days provided. Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging at the customer's expense for the return shipping.

10. Privacy

The personal data provided by the Customer is processed in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data and our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from these Conditions or related to Orders, the court of the place of residence will have jurisdiction.
